The location was great as it was just a short distance from Nakheel Mall. The staff here were fantastic and always able to assist with any request. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, making my stay even more comfortable. The amenities were also a plus, including the leisure spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and the private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. The dining experience was also one to remember, the special diet menus and staff from valet to check-out providing impeccable service.

Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family looking for a luxurious stay with great customer service.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The value for money was great, especially for the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the balcony with great views and spent a lot of time there. Breakfast had a limited number of options, but we appreciated having an Arabic option.

The inconvenience of having to negotiate this upon arrival detracted slightly from an otherwise seamless experience.

The rooms are simply stunning! The floor-to-ceiling windows give a direct view of the Arabian Sea. Plus, the cozy seating area inside the room is perfect for enjoying those breathtaking views. As someone who loves a good view, this was the cherry on top!

Personally, I found the fridge a bit small. But hey, that's just me!

We recently stayed at a small hotel in Dubai for our honeymoon. The personal service we received was outstanding, from early check-in assistance to the friendly staff at the rooftop terrace restaurant. The panoramic views of iconic Dubai landmarks like the Palm and Burj Khalifa were breathtaking, and the food was delicious. The beach was pristine and always had available sunbeds. The staff, particularly Jazz and Naza at reception, and Shilpa and Hasan Sharif at the restaurant, were helpful, courteous.

During my travel, I had a transient stay at Royal Central Hotel and Resort The Palm, conveniently located in Palm Jumeirah East Crescent, the same line as Atlantis The Palm. The hotel's proximity to Dubai Creek SPB, just 40 km away, provided a convenient stopover during my journey.

The only slight inconvenience I experienced was the distance from Financial Centre Dubai, which was 16 km from Royal Central Hotel and Resort The Palm.

The hotel is located in a remote area, which may take some time to reach by car, but the stunning sunset views make it worth it. Plus, they offer a shuttle service for added convenience. The pool and beach are fantastic, and the front door team is always ready to assist with getting taxis. the hotel provides a great experience.

During my business trip, I had the chance to try a hotel in Palm Jumeirah. the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making my stay more enjoyable. the room and facilities were well maintained and sparkling clean. I was happy to discover that the hotel had complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby area. the hotel was also conveniently located near popular attractions that could easily be reached by taxi.

Sadly, the hotel's location was a letdown. It was isolated and far away from the city's hustle and bustle.
