We had a fantastic stay at Abbey Lodge in Southampton. The owner was incredibly friendly and allowed us to check in early. The property was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast, cooked fresh to order, was of a very high standard. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the train station, port, and city center. We also appreciated the quiet surroundings.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house. the breakfast was excellent - a delicious full English with plenty to eat, accompanied by tea, orange juice, and a variety of cereals. the landlady was very helpful and made me feel welcome. I was pleasantly surprised when I mentioned I'm vegan, as they offered me vegan sausages. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, whether by car or on foot. Although the neighborhood could be a bit noisy at night, it wasn't too bothersome, and I've experienced worse in the past.
