Absolutely charming and amazing hospitality

I had the most wonderful stay at a charming B&B located near the beach. The location in Portobello was perfect for exploring the lovely sea town of Edinburgh. I enjoyed leisurely walks along the beach in the morning and exploring the quaint shops in the town. The free street parking made it convenient for us to park our rental car right in front of the B&B. However, we quickly discovered that taking the bus was the best way to get around the city. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and we never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Tip: If you have a car, park it and take the bus into the city with a day ticket for only $6.00. It's a great way to hop on and off all day without paying again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, being easily reachable with a bus ride and situated in a quiet area near the sea. Despite its peaceful surroundings, it was only a short 30-minute bus ride or a quick 10-minute taxi ride from the city center. This made it a convenient choice for exploring the various attractions and sights that the area has to offer.

We were blown away by the amazing location, just a short bus ride from the city center. The recommendations from Angela were mind-blowing, and she made us feel right at home. Toilet flush took a while.

The location of this guest house is fantastic! It is close to the sea, so you can easily take a stroll down to the lovely Portobello beach. There are also several nice restaurants nearby, so you have plenty of dining options. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and definitely filled me up for the day. a great place to stay for a relaxing getaway.

The WiFi connection was poor during my stay.

Lovely welcome from Angela and a cozy cup of tea to warm us up. The room was beautifully furnished with spacious and comfortable decor. The breakfast was excellent, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

Loved the selection of places to eat in Portobello - fish and chips with a Spanish twist, anyone? The breakfast room and conservatory were delightful, and the house had all the charm of a Victorian time capsule.

The room was not properly cleaned and had a strange odor. the breakfast was mediocre at best, lacking variety and flavor.
