The parking situation can be problematic, with limited spaces available and the need to use alternative parking areas.

The staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is close to the station and central for the centre of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very spacious bed. They organized a taxi for us immediately when we needed it, and even arranged for an early breakfast on the morning we left. We were also entertained by a family of seagulls on the roof outside our window!

The rooms at the hotel were quite small and in poor condition. the double glazing was ineffective in keeping out the noise from the harbor, making it difficult to sleep at night.

My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a flat screen TV with Netflix. The bathroom was also great, with both a bath and a shower. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Union Square and all the shops and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
