Lovely welcoming host and beautiful rooms with clean, spacious and nicely decorated interiors. the rooms were well-equipped with extras like a fridge, fan, and toiletries. the freshly cooked breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. the key location was within walking distance of the seafront and there were regular buses available.

That the bed was too soft for my liking and the pillows were a bit flat.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the attention to detail and the quality of the amenities. The location is perfect for a short walk to the sea front, situated on a beautiful tree-lined street with free street parking. You can easily explore the charming harbor area, as it's not too far from the hotel. The staff provide outstanding service, making you feel like the most important guest. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a four-foot bed and a modern ensuite bathroom. The breakfast is a highlight, with a great variety of options including gluten-free bread and sausages, and the most divine cake and yummy biscuits.

the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially with our children. the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of delicious choices. the location was great, just a short walk away from the beach, which meant we didn't have to worry about parking. It was a gem of a place to stay, with excellent breakfasts and a friendly and attentive host. the double room we stayed in was larger than most, with a modern updated bathroom. It was one of the best B&B's I've stayed in and deserves every success.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the proprietress who kindly brought me a pot of tea without me even needing to ask. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering additional toast and coffee for breakfast and even taking my bag up to my room. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a picturesque and pleasant walk to the beach, harbor, and town center. The room itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated to a high standard. The breakfast provided was more than enough to start the day, and the proprietress, Debbie, was incredibly welcoming and gave great advice on things to do and see.

Bathroom should have been double-checked before our arrival as there was a leak from the toilet and the shower door was stiff. Coasters and a clock radio would have been a nice addition to the room.

As for breakfast choices, the mushrooms and tomatoes could have been cooked a bit longer to be fully satisfying.

Christmas at this hotel was wonderful! the staff was really friendly and the food was great! We loved the cozy atmosphere and the fact that it was located right near all the shops and restaurants. Plus, they had fantastic Christmas decorations which really got us into the holiday spirit.

The room we stayed in was quite small and felt a bit cramped with all of our luggage. the price seemed a bit overpriced for what we got.
