Great location and a welcoming atmosphere I thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach at this Airbnb in Southend-on-Sea, along with the comfortable and homely atmosphere created by the fully fitted kitchen, lounge area, and entertainment options like board games. the nearby complimentary car park was a helpful addition to the stay. improvements could be made with clearer parking instructions and addressing noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

Had a lovely stay at a cool spot near the beach, perfect for families. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and little extras like Netflix and WiFi access. Appreciated the quiet atmosphere during the week and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. 🏖️🌿 Only tiny hiccup was running out of toilet paper a bit too soon, but really, no biggie, everything else was top-notch!

the property is perfectly located two minutes walk to the beach. very quiet and extremely clean. well furnished with superb appliances. friendly and helpful owners. a great size for a family of four. well-equipped kitchen and free parking space available.

Staying here was a breeze! the staff, Dean and Beki, were absolutely wonderful, making our trip unforgettable. the property is beautiful and clean, with easy beach access just a stone's throw away. the free parking was a great bonus. the kids loved the Wii machine, keeping them entertained. the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a joy. We were so close to everything, from shops to the beach, making it a perfect base for exploration.

One tiny downside was the size of the towels for the children – a bit small, but manageable. the noise from other guests above us was a bit bothersome at times, so if you're a light sleeper, earplugs might come in handy.

We stayed at a lovely Airbnb in Southend for a short break by the sea. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a cosy home away from home. It was conveniently located just a few seconds' walk from the beach and a short stroll into town. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and we got a great deal for the price. the close proximity to the beach 🏖️ made my heart sing! the room was cozy and had all the amenities i needed. Only downside was the room was a bit cramped. a fab stay! .

I'll never forget how well-equipped the kitchen was, it saved me like a superhero swooping in to save the day! Cooking up a storm felt like I was on a famous cooking show, with all the tools I needed at my fingertips.

We had a fantastic experience at City Beach Airbnb. the location was perfect, with a Tesco just a short 3-minute walk away and easy access to the seafront. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 30 seconds. the secure parking for one car was a great bonus, especially since the streets require permits. the apartment had great facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. It was perfect for our family vacation and also suited well for work. the value for money was excellent. the keypad access to the property was convenient, eliminating any worries about losing keys. the communication with the staff, Dean and Beki, was outstanding.

Comfortable and in a great location. Well equipped kitchen with everything you’d need. Great size for a family of four as you don’t feel on top of each other. Great little touches to keep the kids entertained for a bit. Extremely handy having a parking space and large car park a stone throw away.

The location of the Airbnb is great, as it is close to the seafront, shops, and the town centre. Guests can easily access all the amusements along the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'd need, and there are even board games provided for entertainment. There is also a parking space available, which is very convenient.

The parking area is tight and can be difficult to maneuver in.
