I couldn't have asked for more value for my money at Aviemore Guest House. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and overlooked a peaceful garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town. The hosts, Jeremy and Tomas, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and gave us wonderful recommendations for exploring the area. From setting up the downstairs cinema for my husband to watch the football match to providing information on nearby nature reserves and beaches, they made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

With regards to breakfast choices, it would have been even better if there were a few more vegetarian options available.

They even went the extra mile by giving us a flask of tea for our day out. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.

That our room was situated on a busy road, so there was some traffic noise. However, the guest house had taken steps to reduce this by installing an additional window, which helped block out most of the noise.

What a gem of a place! This hotel is situated right in the old center of Rye, making it extremely convenient to access everything the town has to offer. We had an unforgettable Easter weekend staying at a quirky guest house with wonderful hosts. Our mornings were filled with the amazing breakfast which was homemade and included fresh juices, jams, and tasty cooked breakfast. the location was perfect, with the town and beautiful walks nearby. We even had the option of borrowing a blanket for our day out exploring. the hosts were attentive and welcoming, offering to prepare us a flask of tea and snacks for our day. the cherry on top was the cinema room for us to enjoy after a busy day.

The decor of the room was unique and not completely to our taste, but it grew on us. parking at the guest house was not available, but the nearby pay and display parking options offered were affordable and easy to access.

The breakfast at Aviemore was absolutely to die for. Dishes we'd never even heard the names of, with fresh ingredients, lovingly home prepared. Highly recommend.
