The value for money at the Balintore Inn was exceptional. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern bathroom that was kept clean. The location of the hotel, right on the seafront of a small and peaceful village, was delightful. The staff were cheerful, attentive, and always ready to assist. Free parking and excellent wifi were added bonuses.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if they had Scottish shortcake to go with our cuppas. It would have been the perfect accompaniment to start the day.

I recently stayed at Balintore Inn for my second visit, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were amazing, going out of their way to accommodate my unexpected early arrival. The rooms at the back of the property were clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the Cromarty Firth. The location was well signposted, making it easy to find. The breakfast provided was generous and the food served in the inn was good and hearty. a fantastic stay with friendly staff and great amenities.

We had an amazing time at this cozy inn by the sea. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a beer garden to enjoy the weather. Our room in the annexe was comfy and had a lovely view of the sea. The en suite was small but had everything we needed, including fluffy towels. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the owner, Mike, was always present, ensuring everything was perfect. The food was simply outstanding, with a varied menu and delicious dishes. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.

The room we booked was a bit cramped, and the unmade path to the annexe was a letdown.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The staff members were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They even offered to cook us dinner even though the kitchen was technically closed. The room was spacious and homely, with two double beds and two TVs. It was extremely clean and had a lovely ensuite bathroom. The highlight of the stay was definitely the mind-blowing dinner, with a delicious casserole of wild venison. The service in the dining/bar area was excellent, with a young man who provided exceptional customer service. The owner also took the time to have a kind chat with us. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the seafront with beautiful views of the Inverness Firth. the staff, room, dinner, and location were all fantastic!

They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering us dinner when we arrived late. The room was spacious, clean, and homely, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The breakfast was of a good standard, and the staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay.

As bike riders, we loved the easy access to the beach and the beautiful and peaceful location of the inn. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated Mike's warm hospitality. The meals were delicious, with generous portions, and we particularly enjoyed the mac n cheese and meatballs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the separate building provided a quiet and peaceful stay.

The sea views from our room were an absolute delight, and we enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfasts each morning. the nearby attractions, including distilleries and fossil-rich rocks, provided a unique and interesting experience during our city break. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home away from home.

The room we stayed in was quite claustrophobic, with no windows and a lack of privacy due to the need to keep the door blinds open. the shower pressure was also inconsistent, and the WiFi signal was almost non-existent in most parts of the room.

Newly renovated rooms are spacious with ample storage and powerful walk-in showers. Prompt hot water even in the early morning. Friendly and accommodating bar and restaurant staff, despite our late arrival. Cooked-to-order breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Fossil-rich area with nearby distilleries and a charming traditional pub.

The location at the seafront is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The room I stayed in, No. 9, was quiet and recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast served on hot plates was delicious. The staff was friendly and always available to help.
