The location of this hotel was great, being close to the town centre and the Christmas market. the hotel lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming. the staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was old. the heating was also not working properly, making the room very cold.
