We absolutely loved our stay at this B&B in Filey! The owner, Linda, is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the fleece blanket on the bed was lush! The accommodation is reasonably priced and offers exceptional value. We appreciated the generous heating, tea and coffee supplies, and the option to have breakfast or prepare our own in-room. The location is lovely, with nearby gardens and a promenade, and there is plenty of parking available. We also liked that they are dog-friendly, with lots of dog-friendly cafes and great walking areas nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house in a ground floor room. The king size memory foam bed was luxurious and adjustable, perfect for my wrenched knee. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location, just a stone's throw from the cliff lift down to the Spa, was ideal for our event. The owner was flexible and left keys for our late arrival. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and cleaned to a high standard. The homely decor and quiet atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. The added bonus of a fridge was great for storing snacks. The welcoming atmosphere and excellent service made us feel right at home.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the sea, allowing me to enjoy beautiful views and take relaxing walks down to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a choice between a cooked breakfast in the breakfast room or a continental hamper left outside my room. I had a fantastic experience.

The location is fabulous overlooking the seafront. Rooms were extremely clean and updated. Staff was friendly and polite. The landlady had parking permits at a reasonable charge. Breakfast was made fresh and enjoyable. The owner was very accommodating and made arrangements for a smooth arrival. Everything needed was in the room, including a fridge.

I recently stayed at Bay House in a beautiful B&B and had a wonderful experience. Linda, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet location with stunning views of the bay. The rooms are well-equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the option to have my room serviced or left undisturbed. The breakfast, although optional, was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere.

the atmosphere at the hotel was warm and inviting. the room I stayed in was spotless and comfortable, with a clean shared shower room that didn't feel like a shared utility. the hotel staff, particularly Linda, were helpful and always ready to assist. the location was convenient, within a reasonable walking distance to the railway station and town centre. I also appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

bay house villa was even better than my previous stay in filey. the rooms were clean and beds comfy, with thoughtful details that made the experience special. the location was great, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. breakfast was a treat too.

I got great value for my money at Bay House Villa. The room was nice and the TV was good once I adjusted it. The location was lovely, near gardens and a peaceful seaside promenade. The staff, especially Linda, were friendly and approachable.

We stayed at Bay House for two nights and it was perfect for attending an event at the nearby Spa. The spacious and clean ground floor room had a luxurious adjustable king size memory foam bed, which was amazing for my wrenched knee. The cooked breakfast was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. The owner even left the doors open for me when I arrived, showing great trust. a great experience at a very good price.

I had a fantastic stay at Bay House Villa. the owner was incredibly accommodating and made sure that everything was to my liking. I opted for the full English breakfast, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. the bed provided a great night's sleep and the privacy of the guest house was excellent. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the seafront, allowing for a refreshing stroll along the coast.

They even allowed well-behaved dogs, which is a bonus for dog owners like me.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with more space for the self-serve options. Some elements of the breakfast seemed to have waited for us, and the overcooked food was a bit disappointing.

Lovely room with great views, comfortable and dog-friendly. Convenient fridge freezer and plenty of hot water. Host was attentive, welcoming, and couldn't do enough for us. Great location for a nice stroll into town. Definitely planning to return soon.

My son and I stayed at Bay House for a weekend getaway and felt completely at ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even texting us en route to ensure a smooth arrival. The room had everything we needed, including a fridge, and the included breakfast was excellent. The option to have our room serviced or enjoy our stay in peace was a great touch. Despite choosing a cheaper room with a shared bathroom, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness. The location near the beach was fabulous, and it's wonderful that the hotel is family and pet-friendly.
