The location of the apartment was impeccable, just steps away from Harrods and convenient amenities. The spacious, family-friendly layout was a perfect fit. Despite a minor issue with the washer/dryer, the prompt response from reception was impressive. A wonderful spot for a London stay, highly recommended.

The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had a memorable family holiday. Cons: For dads it would be great to have more entertainment options for kids.

Complimentary cereals and jams were a pleasant surprise. the central location made exploring easy with nearby attractions such as Harrods, small grocery stores, and museums within walking distance. the staff's exceptional service and warmth made our stay memorable.

the staff at Beaufort House - Knightsbridge were exceptional, treating my family and I like we were the owners of the hotel. They were incredibly kind, especially towards my 4-year-old daughter, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. the one-bedroom apartment we booked had a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious living room with a dining area, and plenty of room for our luggage. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and its location was perfect for exploring the city.

We were amazed by the warmth and helpfulness of the staff at Beaufort House - Knightsbridge Aparthotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a stocked kitchen with bread, fresh milk, juice, coffee, and more. The location was perfect, close to everything in Knightsbridge. We were even greeted with a kind gesture of the lady at the reception carrying our luggage on a cold night. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Beaufort House - Knightsbridge Aparthotel. We highly recommend it for a visit to London.

The location of this apartment is perfect, with the tube just across the street and plenty of cafes nearby. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing a small selection of breakfast items and Molton Brown toiletries every day. The apartment is well-maintained, with daily cleaning and bed sheet changes every other day. The separate bedroom with a super large, comfortable bed and TV is a definite plus.

It would be better if the windows in the apartment could open more, as the safety chains restrict them to only a couple of inches.

The entire experience was soured by the dirty and dated bathroom. It looked as though it hadn't been cleaned properly in ages.
