We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The lady running it was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The room was cleaned daily, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful enclosed garden and close proximity to a park. The location was also convenient, as it was close to the train station and Telford town centre. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide selection of cereals and fresh fruit, followed by a generous cooked breakfast. The staff, particularly the landlady, were very friendly and pleasant.

The guest house was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get to and from our nights out. it was close to Telford town centre, so we had plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The host was friendly and accommodating, offering to put our motorbikes in her enclosed garden for safety. The freshly cooked breakfast was tasty and provided a good start to the day.

The shared bathroom could have been cleaner, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.

The room at Birtley House Guest House B&B was small but adequate for a two-night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed a cool breeze from the window. Although traffic was initially loud, it quieted down after 11:30 PM, so it didn't pose a problem. The landlady was exceptional and went out of her way to answer our questions and make our weekend memorable. I had a great time and would definitely return when I'm in the area.

Although the room was small, it was still comfortable and had everything I needed. The noise from the traffic outside was a bit bothersome, but it eventually subsided, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The WiFi connection was excellent. Additionally, Glenys was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to answer our questions and make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was exceptional, offering a variety of options including sausages, bacon, eggs, and more. it truly felt like a home away from home.

Excellent value for money, great breakfast and friendly host. Convenient location with easy access to town center, railway station, and countryside. Comfortable bed and generous portions for breakfast.

Room cleanliness needs improvement, with coffee cup ring and hairs in the bathroom. Some furniture in the room was broken or needed repair.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. We were able to enjoy meals at nearby pubs and there was a petrol station with a fantastic supermarket just steps away. We also loved being close to a beautiful park where we could take leisurely walks. We started with a delicious selection of fresh fruits including raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries. the full English breakfast that followed was cooked to perfection, with tasty mushrooms and crispy toast with a choice of jams and marmalade. the orange juice was refreshing and the tea and coffee were served in pots, allowing us to savor every sip.

One drawback of our stay was the limited space in our room due to the large bed. It made it a bit challenging to move around freely.
