Spectacular views from Room 3, with comfy armchairs for admiring them. Welcoming and attentive staff, including the lovely Eileen, John, and Alison. Substantial and outstanding breakfasts, served piping hot. Well-maintained garden with sweet peas. Tea and biscuits on arrival in a period-correct room. Excellent stay overall.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, nestled between the two shores, at the foothills of the Great Orme, in the quieter end of town. It was so convenient to walk to the town center, Great Orme, or West Shore beach. The room was spacious and had a lovely view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities, such as the heating, tea and coffee facilities, and the flat-screen TV. The garden area was beautiful and provided a tranquil space to relax. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service.

We loved the warm welcome from Irene and John and the comfortable twin bed sea view room. The on-suite facilities were great and the lounge area was very inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including a full English and smoked haddock. The location was convenient, close to the front and near the tramway.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, right in the middle of town with a great view over the town. Our room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from. the hotel provided a great experience.

I felt so at home in lovely surroundings in a great location. The hotel is close to everything you want to see in town and provides easy access to attractions. The clean and comfortable rooms offer a beautiful view of the surroundings, especially the Great and Little Orme. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay, and the breakfast is fantastic. the well-maintained gardens provide a peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring.

Parking can be a challenge in the area.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the beach and town centre. The free parking on both sides of the hotel made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The late 18th to early 19th-century features, including the stunning stained glass panels between the lobby and hall, added a unique charm to the hotel. Jonathan and Allison provided exceptional service, answering all our questions and ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast options were superb and cooked to perfection by Jonathan. The views from our room were breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful garden and the bay beyond. we had a fantastic experience with warm hospitality.
