Although the room had ample space, a table top mirror for hair and makeup would have been a helpful addition.

had a fantastic family holiday in largs and broom lodge was even better than before! loved the well-kept bedrooms, beautiful seafront location, and friendly staff. breakfast was delicious and the view from the room was stunning. can't wait to come back!

The early check-in was a great convenience, and the shared bathroom was surprisingly spacious and clean. the breakfast in the Dining room was delicious, with a lovely view over the sea. the host was super friendly and polite, and the view from our room window was absolutely stunning. We were also impressed with the electric heater in the room, which kept us cosy and warm throughout the night. Broom Lodge provided excellent value for money, with an excellent location and a hearty breakfast.

The hotel had a beautiful sea view and a lovely park outside, perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. The staff was excellent and the rooms were comfortable, with the largest and most comfortable bed I've ever seen. The owner was wonderful and accommodating, upgrading my room and allowing me to check in early and check out late. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of fresh fruit, cereal, and a tasty full English. The location was great, just a five-minute walk to the town centre, and the views of the seafront were peaceful and beautiful.

This hotel is a delightful find. The location is perfect, right on the seafront and within a short walk of the marina. The rooms are comfortable and offer either a lovely garden view or a stunning view over the sea. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. great value for money.

The only small downside was the need for a few more springs in the mattress.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at Broom Lodge. the setup was excellent, allowing us to connect with other guests over breakfast and feel right at home. the staff were incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor, even in less-than-ideal weather conditions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for both myself and my 8-year-old daughter. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center. Khloe, who assisted the owner, was delightful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It may not be a luxury accommodation, but it had everything we needed and was just perfect for us.

I stayed in a beautiful hotel with a stunning sea view. The room was well-kept, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The staff, especially Kloe, were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, providing me with enough energy for the day. The location was perfect, right on the seafront, allowing me to enjoy the lovely view while having my meal.

A slight smell in the bed and the initial delay in getting warm water, but it eventually became piping hot.
