It was a lovely surprise to find clean towels ready for us, and we had all the facilities we needed including a mini fridge, kettle, and microwave. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the train station. It was also very close to bars and restaurants, making it easy for us to find places to eat and grab a drink. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent communication and suggestions for places to eat and visit in this city.
