From reserved parking to comfortable beds and friendly staff, the experience was top-notch. the lemon and cucumber water in the foyer added a nice touch, and the views of the north bay were fantastic. We appreciate the efforts of the staff in all areas, especially the reception, bar, and dining room. Breakfast was excellent, and the overall quiet atmosphere despite being busy was a bonus.

The sea view from the room was like a painting come to life, with the waves dancing gently under the moonlight. It felt as if Mother Nature herself had tucked me in for the night with a lullaby of crashing waves.

We were delighted with the cleanliness and hotel facilities. the location, right on the seafront, was perfect for our event at the open-air theatre. Plenty of parking available on the street, with a permit from reception. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

the room we stayed in was very clean, and the option to book parking along with our room was ideal. Most of the staff members were friendly and efficient during check, in and check, out, although there were a few who seemed a bit stressed.

The bar being understaffed during peak hours when guests returned, resulting in long waiting times, was a minor inconvenience.

The 3rd floor felt hotter than a bonfire, and the understaffed bar situation was like a scene from a hectic movie. even with windows that wouldn't budge, the hotel vibe still sparkled.
