I recently stayed at Best Western and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us a free upgrade to a family room. They took care of our bags both when we arrived early and when we left, allowing us to explore the area without any worries. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Victoria station.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area with easy access to major airports and towns, surrounded by diverse restaurants for every palate. The transportation links are incredibly convenient; the hop-on-hop-off bus stop is within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, very comfortable with new décor and fittings, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and accommodating; they even held our bags before and after our stay. We enjoyed a good night’s sleep and appreciated the clean towels provided for everyone.

The hotel could benefit from an improvement in their Wi-Fi connection.

We had a fantastic stay in a prime location near popular attractions like Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Cathedral. The hotel was just a short walk to Buckingham Palace and then Westminster. The room was reasonably big and clean, with a great bathroom featuring a shower. The breakfast was delicious and there were tea and coffee facilities available for free whenever we wanted. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommending restaurants and places to visit. They even had a lovely chat with my daughter about the concert we were attending. The hotel's location right by railway lines made it convenient for transportation, and the price of £82 per night was a great value.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being right next to Victoria station, Victoria train station, and the Victoria coach station. This makes it extremely convenient for travelling around London and catching buses, trains, or the underground. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as small refrigerators and renovated updates. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, going the extra mile to help guests connect to WiFi. there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for dining options.

The room size may be a bit small for some guests, but this is understandable considering the central location and affordable price point.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel with a brilliant location, just minutes away from buses, coaches, trains. The proximity to everywhere we needed to be was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. They even went above and beyond by helping us order pizza and checking us in while we were hungry and tired after a chaotic day. The room may have been basic, but it was clean and good value for the price we paid. Breakfast, although not included, was plentiful and tasty. we had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay here! The hotel is well located for exploring the Victoria area, with several amazing restaurants nearby and the bus and underground stations just a short walk away. The service was fantastic, with helpful staff on reception who went out of their way to assist us with any requests we had. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including heating, air conditioning, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also great, and the leisure/fitness facilities were a nice bonus.

We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
