We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the beautiful gardens was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed taking leisurely strolls around the well-maintained grounds, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area where we could relax and unwind after a long day. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a television, were all top-notch. The staff here were truly exceptional, providing us with excellent customer service and making us feel right at home. We were impressed with their hospitality and friendly demeanor throughout our stay.

The hotel is located in a lovely old manor house with an attached historical castle that gives you a glimpse of what it would have looked like when used as a castle. The surroundings are stunning, with beautiful gardens to explore. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are fantastic, perfect for a relaxing stay. The service provided is friendly and warm, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast served is delicious and there are many facilities available to make your stay comfortable.

The boiled eggs served during breakfast were not cooked to perfection, which was a minor disappointment.

Great atmosphere with striking decor that really took us back in time. Stunning gardens and well-equipped bathroom. Plus, The bedroom was beautiful and truly matched the pictures they showed on their website.

Staff could have been a bit more welcoming and attentive. We had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs without any help.

I had an amazing stay in a genuine castle complete with knights in armour. The room was fantastic, with an old four poster bed, a good view over the gardens, and a well-appointed bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the open tower castle, which I visited twice. It was filled with lots of history and very interesting to explore. The location was beautiful, set in a peaceful and picturesque setting. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, with the owner happy to share interesting facts about the castle's history and provide recommendations for places to visit.
