The Craven Heifer is perfectly located close to the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring the local area. It is also a great base if you plan on visiting the Lake District or the coast. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well decorated, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a good selection of ales and the food is of a high standard. there is ample parking available for guests.

It would be a bonus if they could provide a cooked breakfast option for guests.

We chose Ingleton as a one-night stop on our way to the Lake District and were pleasantly surprised by this cosy town. The Inn's restaurant served delicious food and had friendly staff. The town center was within walking distance and we discovered that Ingleton is a lovely, well-cared-for town with plenty to explore. The warm welcome from the landlady made us feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay at the Craven Heifer. From the warm welcome by Lynn to the spotless and comfortable room, everything exceeded our expectations. the food in the evening was superb, and the locals in the bar area were friendly and welcoming. the staff, especially a young, attentive waiter, were lovely and made us feel well taken care of. the location was perfect for our hiking plans, and the view from our room was beautiful. a 10 out of 10 stay!

This hotel is superb value for money. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms with great facilities to the lovely landlady who warmly welcomes guests. The location is ideal, right in the centre of the charming village, close to everything including the breathtaking white scar cave and the beautiful coastline. Plus, having breakfast included is a fantastic bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in a lovely scenic area, nestled in a valley overlooking the surroundings, was simply breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large grassed area for our Miniature Dachshund to exercise in and CCTV active in the parking and surrounding areas, providing us with peace of mind. The on-site Brewery offered a great selection of Beers, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff greeted us with a friendly welcome, with one lady even offering to help us with our luggage. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and kept warm even during the cold and frosty weather. We had plenty of hot water for our baths, ensuring a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was fresh and of excellent quality.

The food was delicious, especially the Sunday roast and the fish and chips. the portions were generous and satisfying. the pub had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the location was perfect for exploring the Ingleton waterfall trails, which were a short distance away. It was great to have an outside area where we could enjoy drinks and relax.

The bathroom in our room was quite small and cramped. It was a bit inconvenient, but we were aware that we had booked the smallest room.

Great value for the money, with a clean and comfortable room that had nice touches like big mugs and a mini fridge stocked with water and milk. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfall trail and a quick drive to the white scar cave. The staff, especially the hostess Lynn, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by adding more warmth to the breakfast room, as it was a bit chilly in the morning. But a simple fix, just put on a jumper and you'll be absolutely fine!

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic. the rooms were spotless and the beds were huge, which made for a very comfortable night's sleep. the location was perfect, with plenty of options for eating out nearby and a beautiful waterfall walk just a short distance away. the food served in the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced.

The water temperature in the shower could have been warmer. the hotel was a little overpriced compared to other options in the area, especially considering breakfast wasn't included.

I recently stayed at a charming inn in the heart of Ingleton, and I must say, the experience was delightful. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with ample parking available. The room itself was cozy, warm, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable haven after a long day of exploring. The host was incredibly welcoming, down to earth, and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a delicious affair, with a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, and a perfectly prepared full English breakfast. I also appreciated the little touches, such as fresh milk and water in the room. I wholeheartedly recommend this inn for a wonderful stay in Ingleton.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The Craven Heifer in Ingleton provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The room had a large double bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Although there was no cooked breakfast, the selection of cereal, fruit juice, yoghurt, and milk in the room fridge suited us well. The meals at the inn were freshly made and substantial, and Lynn, the chef, was very friendly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and the location was great for exploring the beautiful Dales. The rooms were clean and the village was lovely.

The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, and the bathroom layout could have been better. The location of the rooms above the bar made it a bit noisy at times, which affected our sleep.
