I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hot chocolate served in the Winter Garden. The generous amount of cream and the delicious taste made it a delightful treat. The welcoming hospitality of Eleanor Ridley added to the overall experience. The Winter Garden is a must-visit at the hotel.

The hotel had excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and spa facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. the breakfast selection was also impressive, with a variety of options such as cooked breakfasts, cereals, fruits, and pastries. the hotel offered a great service called the Big Country, providing 4 free hours of childcare per day for children over 2 years old, which was a valuable perk for us as parents.

The food at the Brasserie and Piccolo restaurants was bland and lacked the quality that the rest of the hotel had to offer. It felt more like pub food, which was a letdown compared to the excellent lunch we had at the Winter Gardens.
