The hotel also provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch. the room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, exceeding my expectations.

We had a heavenly birthday getaway at a delightful guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the owner. The room was stunning, with a plush bathroom and luxurious amenities. The attention to detail, like the china cups and saucers with fresh milk for our coffee, added a special touch. The town of Cockermouth was also picturesque and charming. our experience at the Croft Guesthouse was perfect. We highly recommend it.

The breakfast options are varied and sourced from local producers, ensuring a delicious start to the day. the attention to detail and little touches in each room, such as robes and a sewing kit, enhance the overall experience.

The noise from the floorboards above some rooms can be an issue, causing some disturbance.

The breakfast was AMAZING, so many choices and everything was fresh and very tasty. Loved the robes! the location was GREAT, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful town center, making it easy to explore. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having umbrellas available for guests to use.

The road leading to the hotel was NARROW and WINDING, which could be challenging for larger vehicles. the internet signal wasn't very strong in the room on the top floor, which was a minor inconvenience.
