The room for 3 adults initially lacked a bed and towels, but the staff swiftly resolved the issue. Breakfast had an excellent selection, satisfying both myself and my granddaughter. The technician promptly fixed the TV and air conditioning, offering helpful tips as well. The location was perfect for our British Pullman journey from Victoria.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist and given their famous chocolate-nut cookie, which was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Amazing New Year's experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with a big TV and comfy pillows. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also loved the complimentary smartphone that we could use during our stay and the delicious truffles in the room.

Housekeeping could have been better. Our room was not always cleaned within the expected hours and a few times we returned to a room that hadn't been touched.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was key. It was conveniently located near Victoria Station and within walking distance of many London theaters. It made getting around the city so easy.
