My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff here is absolutely amazing - they were so welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast provided was delicious and filling, a great way to start the day. the room I stayed in was spotless, showing a high level of housekeeping. the location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away to Newcastle city centre, making it easy to explore various attractions in the area.

If I had to point out something that could be improved, I would say that the mattresses in the room might need to be replaced soon. They were a bit uncomfortable, and you could feel the springs through the bedding at times.

Would DEFINITELY choose it again. the place looks even better in person!

Garden is a great place to spot rare unicorns. Non-smoking rooms keep me away from chimney sweeps. Free WiFi let me stalk my ex's new partner without leaving my bed.
