Exceptional service from Luke made our afternoon tea experience truly memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The gluten-free options were delicious, and the venue was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Fanhams Hall for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a tranquil and isolated setting, surrounded by grand historical buildings. The grounds are stunning, with well-maintained gardens and a refreshing water fountain near the breakfast room. The bedrooms were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the various sofa areas and the hotel's black cat added a charming touch.

I would recommend this hotel.

The gardens are stunning with a Japanese tea house and Monet pond. The room was small but nice. Good breakfast options. Staff was friendly and hardworking.

Well-equipped and clean rooms with lovely bathrooms. Comfy king size bed. Excellent shower. Great heating. Bottled water and tea/coffee in the room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Relaxed and excellent full breakfast. Beautiful gardens with sunken garden, Japanese garden, and Monet pond. Immaculate grounds. Recently refurbished public areas. Pleasant staff and prompt complaint handling. Tasty breakfast.

Had a great Xmas experience at a lovely venue. Enjoyed the gorgeous countryside and the stunning building. the staff was very friendly and professional, always with a smile and willing to help. the dinner was delicious and the breakfast was outstanding.

The drinks were a bit pricey and the bed was uncomfortable, with soft pillows. the service during the evening meal was very poor, with a long wait for the courses and dirty cutlery and table.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. the Gardens at Fanhams Hall are truly stunning, with a unique Japanese influence that is worth exploring. the included full breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served in a beautiful room with a view of the picturesque fishpond/lake. the staff, especially at reception, were efficient and helpful. the architecture of the Hall is a fascinating blend of ancient and modern, with elegant marble floors, wood panelling, and stone fireplaces. Our small double room was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and the walk-in shower was luxurious. the bed was spacious and comfortable. our experience at this Exclusive hotel was exceptional.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location amidst the well-kept gardens was absolutely stunning. It provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by the range of amenities available in our room, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus. We enjoyed sipping our welcome drink on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, with a lovely view of the gardens. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We got great value for our money at Fanhams Hall. The room, especially the Chestnut suite, was stunning, and the shower was excellent. The location was beautiful, with gorgeous gardens to explore, and the staff were friendly and even upgraded us for free on my husband's birthday. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness and luxurious facilities. The parking and transportation arrangements were convenient, and the hotel's location next to the fountain was picturesque. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
