The hotel was beautiful with impeccable decoration, clean rooms, and a cozy ambiance. the staff was attentive, and breakfast was superb. the sun terrace and garden were perfect for relaxation, while nearby landmarks like Lanercost Priory and Tindale Tarn added a cultural touch to our family bonding time. the only downside was the high markup on drinks.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here are exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
