Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a convenient stay for travelers. It is very close to the station as well as being situated in the center of town. The Isaacs restaurant is a great spot to enjoy delicious meals. The rooms are comfortably clean and offer a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making guests feel special. Facilities such as bottles of water, tea, and coffee are provided in the rooms, adding to the comfort of the stay.

The room at Grand Hotel Birmingham was beautifully done, with attention to detail and stunning decor. The spaciousness and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was modern and luxurious, complete with lovely Molton Brown toiletries. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a great overall experience. The hotel itself is a stunning building, wonderfully restored to its former glory. The central location was ideal for exploring the city center. The lunch food was delicious and the cocktails at the bar were amazing, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

There were some minor issues during our stay, such as the lack of coasters for the cocktails in the bar and the shortage of olives and other ingredients. The lighting in some areas of the bar was poor, with tables lacking proper illumination.

Spent my birthday weekend here. The Property is in the heart of the city centre. The rooms are modern and the staff are just exceptional the customer care and attention is really good. Shout out to Malwina from the front desk for her prompt and efficient service, Alexandra at Issacs for her extensive knowledge of the food and drink options, and Sonia in Room Service for being very friendly and engaging. The bar/restaurant offers exceptional cocktails and a great atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff for making it one of the best hotels in town. The GM should be proud.

The Grand Birmingham exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and aesthetic both inside and out. The hotel provided nice extra touches like free bottled water and fresh milk. The staff, particularly the young man at the door, were friendly and helpful. The comfortable furniture and plenty of towels made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's great location was also a plus.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Grand Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The location was fantastic, making it easy for us to visit all the attractions we wanted to see. The history of the hotel was evident in the beautifully restored ballroom and staircases, which added a touch of elegance to our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, including a delicious selection of fruit juices. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really liked about the hotel. the rooms were well-appointed and impeccably clean. It was evident that the management takes great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. the hotel's location was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated near all the major train stations and within walking distance of popular restaurants and trendy bars. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.

While my overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few things that I didn't particularly like. the breakfast area felt a bit cramped and unmonitored.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the delicious breakfast and the delightful afternoon tea, which was exceptional. the complementary cupcakes that were provided in honor of the holiday occasion were a lovely touch. the location was key, as it was situated near the Bull Ring and great shopping options. I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms.

I must say that there were certain aspects of my stay that weren't quite up to par. For example, the housekeeping staff didn't wash the cups and glasses in an appropriate manner and didn't find a lost earring.

Our room had exclusive advantages and private facilities, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. the bar and lounge area was also a great spot to unwind with a drink.

It lacked a rower and more benches for effective use of the free weights.
