I had a great stay at Greenmount B&B. The location was convenient and close to the SSE Arena and Titanic Experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the flexibility of the open breakfast times and the option to cook my own food in the guest kitchen. The host, Vivian, was helpful and went out of her way to assist with logistics and recommendations for things to do in the city. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this B&B.

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the inclusion of a lamp in the rooms for convenient lighting. The location, situated near a bus stop on a busy roundabout, made it easy to access the city center. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities were provided, including rooms with private bathrooms. Additionally, breakfast was included, providing a convenient start to the day.

Location was convenient, close to shops and public transport. breakfast was varied and delicious with lots of options to choose from. the bed was pretty comfy too.

The room lacked proper heating and there was no staff around to help fix the issue. it could have been a better experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly owner who upgraded our room for free. The full kitchen was a plus, and the location was convenient for getting to downtown Belfast.

We had a great stay at the bed and breakfast. Vivian, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early in the morning. the property had CCTV, which added an extra level of security. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and had plenty of extra bedding. the location was ideal for us, and the host was welcoming and accommodating. We also had access to the kitchen, which was a nice convenience.

Fantastic service and memorable experience!

I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised when Vivian, the owner, went above and beyond to allow me to store my luggage and even offered me a cup of tea to kickstart my day. The rooms were spotless and the communal kitchens were a nice touch. Vivian even helped arrange a Black Taxi tour and recommended a local pub. The location was perfect, with easy access to Belfast City center. I also had the opportunity to meet other friendly guests. I've already recommended this place to a friend, and I can't wait to stay here again. Great time, great people, and an overall amazing experience! I highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

Our stay at Greenmount Bed and Breakfast was fantastic. The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room to one with a private bathroom at no extra cost. The B&B has a fully equipped kitchen and is conveniently located near downtown Belfast. We had no trouble getting there, as taxis were readily available and affordable. The owner was always available over the phone to answer our questions, and the overall experience felt like being at home. The room and communal areas were clean, and the coded entry and room key provided added security. Parking was easy, with a nearby Lidl carpark that felt safe. We also appreciated the owner's flexibility in allowing us to check in earlier than planned.
