Ease of coming and going was convenient with ample parking. Polite staff, especially young girl from Ystrad, resolved room issues promptly. Comfortable bed provided restful sleep, and the food at the pub, notably the chilli prawns, was delicious. the garden area was perfect for relaxation, and nearby landmarks like Sultan the Pit Pony and Tommy Cooper Statue added a unique touch to family bonding.

The bar staff, especially the young girl from Ystrad, were fantastic and helped with any room issues encountered. The food was excellent, with the chilli prawns being a standout. Despite a few hiccups like the noisy electric shower and lack of amenities, the clean room and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for the wedding I attended nearby, and the friendly staff made sure all my needs were met.

Had a pleasant stay just before New Year's at a cozy BB above a lively pub. the rooms were new and spotless, with a friendly and efficient staff ready to solve any issues. the pub meals were delicious, especially the curry dishes. Convenient parking was an added bonus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.

The check-in process was confusing, as our arrival time wasn't aligned with the pub opening hours. This resulted in a frustrating delay and miscommunication.
