Brilliant base for exploring North Bay and beyond, with clean and safe rooms. Private off-road parking makes it convenient. The friendly hosts provide good communication and a warm welcome. Also, the free car parking is a real bonus, and the location is excellent. Good value for money.

The shower could do with updating and a bit more water pressure. A tight cubicle without shelving for bathing products makes it a bit difficult to manage.

Stayed at a lovely place called Heavenly Outlook. Martin, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. the price was reasonable and the location was perfect, with shops, takeaways, and cafes just a stone's throw away. the hotel had free parking and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Martin even went above and beyond by providing his phone number in case we needed anything during our stay. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The en suite bathroom was spacious and had a wonderful, powerful shower. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, offering fabulous views. The hotel also provided free parking, which was a bonus. The staff, Martin and Theresa, were extremely kind and helpful. Their communication was always swift, and they made sure I had everything I needed.

I recently stayed at Heavenly Outlook in Scarborough for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were very welcoming and even had a delicious homemade carrot cake for guests to enjoy. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a lovely sea view and amazingly comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the north and south beaches, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free parking was a bonus, and I appreciated being able to leave my car parked after check-out. a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

the owner's care and attention made us feel very comfortable. I particularly loved falling asleep to the soothing sound of the sea through the slightly open window. the views over North Bay were absolutely stunning. the convenient on-site parking was a great bonus, and we enjoyed taking a short but charming stroll through the old streets to reach the town center. an excellent stay.

I loved the view from my room that overlooked the beach. It was breathtaking. The host, Martin, and his family were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, with fresh cake and toiletries available at the entrance for a small price. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the north shore and close to local shops.
