Great location, close to everything we wanted to do and see in the city. the room was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep.

The walls were very thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking and even banging on the walls. This affected our sleep quality.

I had a wonderful stay at Henley House. the hotel is in a great location and the staff members, Karol and Mirella, were always attentive and welcoming. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was a relief to have everything I needed, like toiletries and a mini fridge, included. the included breakfast was a nice touch, and the overall experience made me feel warm and welcomed in the busy city.

I had a delightful stay at a cute hotel in a central location. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. My room, although small, was charming and in a Victorian building. The location was fantastic, close to the Earl's Court tube station and in a nice neighborhood with a park nearby. The breakfast room in the conservatory was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the friendly staff who mailed some important documents I left behind in the safe. I would highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location.

The hotel is also within walking distance of Kensington Gardens, as well as a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The continental breakfast served in the conservatory each morning was delicious, with fresh croissants, meats, cheeses, and yogurts.

The rooms in this hotel were quite tiny but modern and well equipped. the bathroom was also modern and clean. the location of the hotel was great, just a minute walk from the nearest underground station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the window in our room was not in good shape, so the room got quite cold at times. the heater struggled to catch up and warm up the room.
