I had a very enjoyable stay at Henrietta House. The location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting all the places I wanted to see. The staff at the hotel were all pleasant, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded me to an excellent apartment with comfortable facilities due to a problem with my original room. Despite a few minor issues like a broken coffee machine and a loose shower head, my overall experience was positive. I especially appreciated the Greek Manager at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist me with changing rooms and providing recommendations for dining and sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just off the center of town and within walking distance of everything. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when I was traveling alone with my young son. The breakfasts were very good, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being in a quieter area of the city but still close enough to all tourist attractions. The room amenities were great, with all the necessary things like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were always pleasant and helpful without being overbearing, and allowed us to leave our luggage while we toured the city after check-out. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from and the outdoor dining area was a great touch.

Would recommend this place to any family or friends visiting the area. The staff did their best and were polite, but perhaps need a bit more support from upper management so that they can give even better service.

The location is fab, just a 10-minute walk to the center with lots of bars and restaurants close by. It's perfect, just 2 minutes from the center but in a quiet street. The staff are very polite and helpful, continuously chasing our taxi when it was late picking us up for a wedding. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast options are very good. The pillows are excellent, just the right balance of soft and hard.

This place is highly recommended to everyone.

The breakfast is delicious with a variety of homemade options. The hotel has a unique charm with its antique furniture and old paintings.

The bathroom door in some rooms might be a bit small and difficult to open from the inside.

We loved the location of Radisson Individuals, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. Though the lift was slow, our room was lovely and quiet with a great bathroom. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and offered complementary wine and chocolates upon check-in. the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions. the room had a nice view of the city.

The room was dirty and outdated, with cobwebs and dust everywhere. the shower was so small that the entire bathroom floor was soaked after one use.
