My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff here are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. the room was super spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for, including a mini-fridge and a comfy bed. the lobby and bar area are inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. the hotel's location, close to the train station and a large supermarket, made it convenient for travel and shopping. a shiny new hotel with great service!

The brand new hotel had a few minor glitches, like lukewarm breakfast pots and slightly uncomfortable beds. the fresh decor, helpful staff, and fabulous cocktails made up for it. The lack of open windows and high drink prices were noticeable, but the shiny lobby, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms more than made up for it. I particularly appreciated the swift check-in process, comfy beds, and ideal location next to the train station. For a pleasant stay with a few quirks, this hotel is a great choice.

Very Friendly and Welcoming Staff

the spacious and tastefully decorated communal areas added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. the breakfast staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making my dining experience enjoyable. the inconsistency with room amenities, such as missing bedding for the second bed in the family room and issues with room service, could be improved for a more seamless stay.

The hotel was brand new, super shiny and fresh, with a lovely lobby and bar area offering a wide range of drinks including cocktails and Starbucks. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Plus, the location was fantastic, with the tram stopping directly under the hotel once completed.

The lack of air circulation in the rooms due to non-opening windows and ineffective air conditioning was a major drawback. some issues with the softness of the beds, cold breakfast, and unprofessional management behavior during breakfast service detracted from the overall stay experience.

I keep returning for exceptional service, cozy rooms with flat-screen TV, fitness center, and easy beach access. Staff recommended great taxis. They have free Wi-Fi, welcome drink, and a bar. Perfect for me with luggage storage, business center, VIP check-in, and coming back for Xmas.

The receptionist gave me local tips like I'm a rookie detective. I enjoyed indulging in both American and Italian delights at the hotel's restaurant. Being close to the airport, I can quickly escape this fitness center's cruel intentions. Cons: Oh, just loved feeling cold at breakfast like I'm in a meat locker.

The kids' club had lively activities and the pool area was a hit with our little ones.

My wife says that more kid-friendly food options could improve the overall family experience.
