The breakfast had a good variety of hot food, pastries, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. the staff were helpful and polite throughout our stay. the room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer, tea/coffee. the location was perfect, just a short 10-15 minute walk into the town center, providing a quiet and convenient stay.

The air conditioning in the room became noisy and started to malfunction after midnight, making it difficult to sleep in silence. the lack of snow and ice clearance outside the hotel entrance made it unsafe and treacherous to walk.

The location of this hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to the city center and all the attractions. Additionally, the staff provided fantastic service and were always helpful and efficient. The rooms were small but comfortable and furnished to a good level.

The hotel provided a great complimentary breakfast with hot items included. Additionally, the hotel had a microwave and basic food facilities, which was a fantastic facility for tourists like us!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The location, although initially disappointing, turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it was away from the noisy town center. The walk into town via Greenpark Station was actually quite enjoyable. The amenities in the room, from the comfy beds to the good shower and tea/coffee facilities, were all impressive. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast could do with a little improvement.

The hotel was in a really good walking distance from Bath's city centre and all the sites we wanted to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with full disabled facilities. Additionally, the breakfast included tasty hot food and gluten-free items.

Some guests were disappointed that no alternative milk was provided during breakfast.

The curtains in the room were excellent at keeping out light, allowing for a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The dining room staff were friendly and provided helpful service.

The mattress on the double sofa bed for my children wasn't very comfortable, but the staff at Holiday Inn Express were quick to apologize and offer a solution. They promptly provided us with a mattress topper, making our stay much more enjoyable. Their exceptional service really made a difference.
