During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complementary hot chocolate and cookies by the fireplace. the hotel was conveniently located near a mall and a 24-hour McDonald's which was helpful for late-night meals. the room was cozy and had a nice view of the city lights at night.

There was a funky smell in the bathroom that made it uncomfortable to use at times. the towels were a bit stiff and scratchy for my liking.
