I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn in Leicester! The room was spacious and immaculate, with a very comfy bed. Room service for dinner and breakfast was delicious and convenient. The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance of the town centre. I also appreciated the free TV channels and multiple plug sockets in the room. Despite being on a main road, I didn't hear any noise and slept soundly. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

As longer term business travellers, we found the hotel easy to locate, with disabled parking available. The check-in process was quick and the receptionist was welcoming. Hand sanitizer was provided throughout the hotel, even in the lift. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our requests for extra towels and a blanket were fulfilled promptly. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the biggest asset of the hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to return for the excellent service.

Great central location, perfect for exploring and partying. Everything within walking distance. the hotel has been renovated and looks amazing with new furniture and fresh corridors. Night porter was very helpful and found us a takeaway when we came back late on Sunday.

Wifi was expensive and not worth the cost for basic internet use. Good hotels should offer free wifi like free toilets.

The Christmas decorations were really nice and brought a festive mood to the hotel. the hot chocolate and candy canes left in our room were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a busy area, but that meant easy access to shops and restaurants.

The noise from the busy intersection outside our room kept us up at night. the room was also a little too small to move around, despite being advertised as a double room.
