This hotel is perfectly located, right in the centre of Sutton. It is surrounded by nice restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the walk-in shower is a great advantage, especially for those with mobility issues. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is satisfactory.

Some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms can affect the quality of sleep.

In all my visits to this hotel over the years, I have found it to be in great condition, and the parking and transportation options in the immediate area were convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of food for breakfast at Holiday Inn Sutton. As a soy milk drinker, I was delighted to find that they provided soya milk. With a group of over 6 people, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

I must admit that there were some issues during my stay. The adjoining room I was assigned had extremely thin walls, and I could hear everything happening next door.

Good location, easy to hop on a train to London, which only took 30 mins to get to Victoria. the bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet; I slept like a baby. the staff was really friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi and gym access made for a great stay!
