The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was just a short walk away from the Hull City Hall where we attended a holiday event. the buffet breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

The hotel building looked a little tired and dated. the lift was in need of some maintenance, as it made some unpleasant noises during operation.

Well-located, efficient check-in, good room standards, convenient tea/coffee facilities, pretty good power shower, quality bath towels.

There was sound coming in from outside, as well as noise from other guests' TVs. there was an issue with plumbing noises in my room, which caused disruptions during the night and in the morning.
