Warm Hospitality and Delicious Breakfasts

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the delicious hot breakfasts and beautiful views from the lodge added a special touch to our stay. While the room size and pricing could be improved, the overall experience was delightful and memorable.

Enjoyed a short stroll to the beach, loved the various breakfast options. the sun terrace had stunning sea views. Sat at the shared terrace, sipping drinks. WiFi was a savior when posting vacation pics.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel in Cornwall and I must say, it was quite a luxurious experience. The location of this place was truly breathtaking, nestled high above the sea with stunning views. The staff here went above and beyond to provide enhanced comfort and quality services. The housekeeping was impeccable and the room amenities were top-notch, including a cozy terrace with garden furniture where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV in the room were nice touches that added to my overall comfort. The dining area had a bar/lounge where I enjoyed some delicious meals and drinks, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. The free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient perks as well. This place exceeded my expectations in every way.

the room had some tea and coffee for free as well as some nice biscuits which is always a nice extra. the lounge area was lovely, with fantastic views of the sea from both sides of the room.

While the room itself was comfortable and updated, some areas of the hotel felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

We loved our stay at Lamorna Lodge! The views from our room were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning. The breakfast at the hotel was also excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Although there were a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, such as thin walls and a lack of nearby amenities, these did not affect our overall experience. We would definitely recommend Lamorna Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

We recently stayed at a lovely B&B in a beautiful location near the beach. The property had ample parking and was close to a train station, making it convenient for us to explore the area without having to drive everywhere. The owners of the B&B were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and we enjoyed spending the evening in the licensed bar, chatting with other guests. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the views from the property were stunning. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to the area.

we had a delightful stay at Lamorna Lodge, a cozy guest house run by a friendly Yorkshire couple. joanne warmly welcomed us and made our mornings with a delicious breakfast spread, including homemade marmalade. the clean Seaview room and inviting lounge with an honesty bar added to the charm of this beautiful location.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to Carbis Bay beach and close to the Carbis Bay train station. It was very convenient to travel to St Ives or enjoy a day at the beach. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the sea, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were delicious, and the service provided by Joanne and Richard was excellent.
