The lodge is located in beautiful surroundings, perfect for long walks in the forest. The peaceful atmosphere ensures a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing for enjoyable family meals. The extensive grounds offer plenty of outdoor activities and wildlife sightings.

The initial confusion regarding finding the entrance can be a bit frustrating.

I felt so cultured visiting the National Museum of Scotland, which was conveniently located 40 km away from the property. I could also indulge in some adventurous hiking and cycling in the nearby area. What an active holiday!

Who needs a shower in a luxurious apartment anyway? A roll-top bath is the epitome of relaxation and inconvenience.

leithen lodge exceeded our expectations during our romantic trip to innerleithen. the stunning location, beautiful grounds, and friendly hosts made our stay unforgettable. it was the perfect retreat for nature lovers, with easy access to biking trails and nearby attractions. the well-equipped kitchen and clean apartment added to the overall amazing experience.

The host was incredibly helpful, offering bike and walking trails, knowledge, and bike storage. The grounds were beautiful and there were facilities for cleaning our bikes. The apartment was well-equipped and clean, with friendly chickens. The location was great for exploring nearby towns and attractions.

the lodge itself was beautifully restored and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to enjoy family meals together. the living room was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. the surrounding grounds were perfect for exploring, with an abundance of wildlife to see. We particularly enjoyed watching the friendly chickens, pheasants, and rabbits roaming around. the owners' dogs were also a delightful addition to our walks along the nearby river. Ted and Julie, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others.
