The hotel staff were lovely. My room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the excellent salad at the restaurant. The bar had a great selection. The taxi to T4 arrived on time. The facilities near the airport were impressive.

We had to figure out our own way to the hotel from the airport, which was not ideal. The noise levels from other guests in the lobby area and adjacent rooms were quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's rest without constant slamming doors and conversations filtering through. the proximity to Heathrow airport was convenient, and we appreciated the clean and spacious room with a good shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although there were some delays at the reception during check-in and when purchasing items from the kiosk. The restaurant was a bit pricey for the quality of food offered, and the room itself, especially the family room, felt a bit cramped with limited space for anything other than the beds. It was disappointing that the hotel did not supply daily water bottles, and the lack of response when trying to retrieve a lost item was frustrating.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Bon Accord & St Nicholas shopping center provided a tempting opportunity to indulge in an afternoon of retail therapy. The facilities were not only impressive but also added a touch of luxury to my stay.
