Oh my goodness, 🤩 the location of this hotel was spot on! right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore gloucester. the rooms were a bit noisy, hearing conversations from other rooms. 🙁.

Great location for rugby fans, pubs, and walking distance to attractions. Rooms are clean, tidy, and equipped with fridge and microwave. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and fantastic rain shower. Perfect for sightseeing trips in the Cotswolds region.

The room was massive and cozy with a comfy bed in a perfect central location near plenty of pubs and eateries. the staff were super friendly and helpful in making sure our stay was enjoyable.

The room felt like a sauna without air conditioning, and the plumbing was so noisy it felt like the pipes were going to burst through the walls. the bedding was not up to standard, and the strong smells in the corridors were overwhelming.

We were initially put in a room with unclean, wеlded-shut windows. Aftеr raising concerns, we wеre swiftly mоvеd to a much cleanеr, brighther room in the courtyard. Beds wеre comfortable. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The database provided excellent amenities including a microwave and fridge in the room, as well as a refreshing tea and coffee tray. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely size and a comfortable bed. the staff were always smiling and helpful, making our stay very pleasant.

The room overlooked a beer garden, resulting in a bit of late evening noise. it was not too unbearable and did not significantly impact our overall experience.
