We loved this hotel for several reasons. the location was perfect, being really near the botanical gardens and within walking distance of the city centre. Additionally, there were bus stops close by, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided by the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices including pastries, corn flakes, different kinds of bread, selected fruits. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel in a lovely area of Edinburgh. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the immaculately clean rooms with views of the garden, to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of the city center. And the breakfast was simply fantastic, with a wonderful selection of fresh and delicious options.

The only minor issue was that the noise from the water pipe in the room could be heard from other rooms.

As foreign tourists, we enjoyed the cozy and comfortable room, with a comfortable bed and relatively quiet atmosphere. The location was convenient, with Dean Village and the castle area within walking distance or easily accessible by bus. We also appreciated the friendly welcome and the pleasant atmosphere of the area, with small shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the quiet and beautiful neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and parks nearby. The Water of Leith river walk just a few minutes away on foot was a great experience. The Royal Botanical Gardens, a must-see, were only a 15-minute walk away. The various bus lines within a few minutes' walk made it easy to explore the city. The private garden across the street was a lovely addition. The concierge was kind, gracious, and proactive in assisting us. The room had a Nespresso capsule machine and a water kettle with a variety of tea options. The bathroom products provided were of high quality and eco-friendly.
