We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at this charming B&B. The owners, Brian and Costa, treated us like family and made our stay truly memorable. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable base for our weekend getaway. The bar area was a great place to unwind and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They even went out of their way to cater to my vegan diet, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful park and a short walk away from the beach. We can't wait to visit again!

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the sea at the quieter end of town. You can easily take a leisurely stroll down to the beach or head south along the promenade to the sea life centre. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. The service provided by the hosts was exceptional, with a warm welcome and attentive care. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and a lovely cooked meal.

The bathroom was a bit small and the shower could be a challenge for bigger individuals.

The brekkie was a delight, Costa and Brian made us feel like family, and the location was spot on for gigs at the Open Air Theatre.

Just grab some shades and soak up the seaside vibe. Cheers to Norlands for a cracking stay!

I had an amazing stay at the Norlands in Scarborough! The value for money was great and the room was clean and well presented. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and Peasholm Park. The staff, Brian and Costa, were incredibly welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.

One small suggestion to improve the breakfast selection would be to have blinds on the bathroom windows or opaque glass panels on the bathroom door. Early morning sunlight coming into the bedroom was a bit too bright for my liking.

Great location for exploring the area, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Rooms were clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a range of options and the coffee was good. the staff were friendly and informative, with good knowledge of the local area and always happy to help.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities that would have made our stay more enjoyable. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made them quite stuffy, especially during the warm summer weather.

Unbelievably close to the gig venue, just a few minutes walk away through a charming walkway. The hotel itself is immaculate and welcoming, with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, car park, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The hosts, Brian and Costa, are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like old friends. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options including gluten-free and special dietary requirements. The location is ideal, within walking distance to attractions and shops, but away from the busy areas. The outdoor seating area and the bar/lounge added to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem and recommending it to everyone we know.
