I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit special. They surprised me with an upgrade to an executive room for my honeymoon and even left a lovely congratulations card in the room. The reception and bar area were great, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from shops and restaurants. My room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a lovely experience at Novotel Glasgow Centre.

Although my stay at Novotel was excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The food that was available seemed to be microwaved, which was a bit disappointing.

We checked in late and received a warm welcome from the staff. the room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. We were pleasantly surprised when a staff member fetched ice for us upon our request. the location of the hotel was ideal, being centrally located and easily accessible. the hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I would have liked more options for breakfast tea sachets. There was only one sachet of breakfast tea, along with chamomile and green tea, which I did not prefer.

I had a fantastic time during my stay in Glasgow. the hotel was great, with spacious rooms that were perfect for my sister and me. the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, making it easy for us to extend our stay. the location of the hotel was also really convenient, as it was close to transport links and shops. One of the highlights for me was the awesome shower in the room. It was so refreshing and just what I needed after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel ticked all the boxes, from quick and informative check-in to big and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The bar and waiting staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. The meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The location is central yet away from busy roads. The hotel is extremely clean, and all the staff members are very helpful.

Exceptional staff. We had a problem with the elevator during our visit, but the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. They went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay in this hotel, with not too much external noise for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Glasgow School of Art and within easy walking distance to Kings Theatre. There were plenty of options for restaurants and pubs nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the modern bathrooms with powerful showers were a definite plus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I stayed at Novotel for 3 nights during a concert at King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, which was only a 2-minute walk away. The central location was perfect for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even surprised my mother with a birthday card and complimentary wine for her 75th birthday. The breakfast, especially the cooked option, was delicious. The limited services provided were of a high standard. Communication with the reception through WhatsApp was very convenient. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the city has to offer. The room was not only comfortable and warm, but it was also impeccably clean. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, taking the time to explain all the facilities available. The service, from room service to the dining restaurant, was top-notch. I especially loved the welcome drink and the delicious food offered at the snack bar.

The steam room and gym on the top floor offered a great view of the Glasgow skyline. a fantastic experience for families with kids.
