The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to all the colleges and places of interest. The room size is good and the breakfast in the restaurant is of high quality. The hotel offers a pleasant ambiance and the staff is helpful.

There were some issues with noise from construction works in one of the rooms and poor acoustics throughout the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful location of the hotel in the heart of the city. The courtyard setting at the rear of the hotel was a lovely spot for drinks and food. The room we booked on the ground floor was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and excellent pillows. The shower room was spacious with a fantastic walk-in shower. Despite some noise in the morning from outside seating and staff, the hotel had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast provided was excellent in terms of both quality and service. we found the Old Bank Hotel to be well-run and worth a visit.

We stayed in a room right at the centre and it was the perfect base for exploring. The room was small but comfortable, with a great bathroom. The staff were friendly and the breakfast at Quod was lovely. The hotel had on-site parking which was convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff at Old Bank were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel secure as a lone female traveler. the room was comfortable and the surroundings were attractive, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I loved the little touches like the generous coffee/tea/hot choc in the room and the well-stocked minibar with complimentary water. the bathroom amenities were also generous and the air conditioning was much appreciated. having an umbrella in the room for use during my stay was a thoughtful touch. the staff went above and beyond by personally assisting me in finding the car park upon arrival, providing a map and directions.

Stunning room with modern amenities, including a coffee machine and balcony overlooking the rooftops. The bathroom was clean, stylish, and had a fabulous bath. The hotel's location in the center was perfect for exploring Oxford. The friendly and discreet staff went above and beyond, even lending tools to help with a broken lock. The breakfast, with both English and vegetarian options, was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The car park was secure and had plenty of spaces. The room was tidy, well-decorated, and had great bathroom facilities. I especially loved the coffee grounds provided in the room. The hotel's location was perfect and within walking distance to all the attractions. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the overall ambiance felt historic and charming.

the Old Bank Hotel provided a superb experience from start to finish. the central location in a tricky-to-navigate city made it convenient for exploring Oxford. the staff were efficient and made my stay enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, where the menu was large and the staff were helpful and friendly. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. the interior design was beautiful, with amazing artwork throughout the hotel. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance and great dining options nearby.

That the room facing the inner courtyard could get a bit noisy from people outside, especially when they were smoking. As a non-smoker, this was unpleasant when I had my window open.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient parking and the helpful staff who went above and beyond to find us and provide directions to the car park.

The room was beautifully designed and had little touches like complimentary chilled water and entertaining short stories. the staff was incredibly helpful and even arranged a last-minute driver for our day trip. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore.

Due to the old building, there was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry our suitcases to the top floor. the mattress and pillows were softer than our preference.

This venue is a hidden gem. the luxurious room had a comfortable bed and exclusive amenities, such as the in-room breakfast and the sleek private facilities. the massage service was outstanding, and the staff was always prompt and helpful. the restaurant and bar lounge area were elegant and the special diet menus catered to my dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue I experienced was the limited space in the leisure/TV room. this hotel more than made up for it with its exceptional service and exclusive add-ons.
