We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel nestled deep in the forest. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings and take peaceful walks from outside to the reception. The room was comfortable and overlooked the stunning gardens. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The hotel also had great facilities, including an indoor pool and a gym.

The hotel lacked a contemporary feel, which may not suit those looking for a modern and hip atmosphere.

Friendly and polite service, with a well-maintained and attractive interior. We had a small room at first, but after requesting a larger room due to our dogs, we were moved to a much nicer room. The staff even agreed to serve us the restaurant menu in the lounge, where dogs were allowed. The food was excellent. I'll recommend this hotel.

Surrounded by extensive landscape and beautiful gardens, it offers a peaceful retreat. The attention to detail is evident in the rooms, which provide easy access to the garden and offer lovely views. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, especially the hot food, is cooked to perfection.

passford house exceeded our expectations during this relaxing spa holiday. the interconnecting rooms were perfect for our family and our beloved dog, boris. the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the meals were delicious. we can't wait to come back!

The service at this hotel was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the cozy lounge area, complete with a fireplace and board games, perfect for a relaxing evening in. the breakfast was also amazing, with a delicious hot buffet and a variety of options to choose from. One of the best aspects was the beautiful garden, which was perfect for a morning stroll.

The bathrooms and decor were in need of updating. Although the bed was comfortable, it could have been more so.
