I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near King's Cross Station. The location was perfect for easy access to St Pancras station and the underground. The staff, from the bell staff to the housekeeping team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to have an early check-in and looked after our luggage after check-out. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a sauna. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the overall service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect with easy access to an underground station and it’s close to King's Cross station which is very convenient. Moreover, every staff member here is genuinely friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right next to the main road in a great area. The room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities and the restaurant offered a wide range of food, so there was something for everyone.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Nothing could have been better.

This hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk to major train stations, making it very convenient to travel to and from anywhere. The room and bathroom were spacious and tastefully decorated, and the staff provided good service throughout my stay. Breakfast was also enjoyable with a good variety on offer, and there were several facilities available for guests to use, including a gym and bar.

The room lacked USB charging points which made it difficult to keep mobile devices charged during my stay.

The rain shower was a great feature and the breakfast selection had a good variety. the hotel's location was key, with easy access to bus and tube transportation. Additionally, the large towels provided and the well-sized in-room safe were advantageous.

On the downside, the pillow options were uncomfortable, with only one feather pillow being suitable for sleeping. the memory pillows were too hard.

The staff were superb, both the evening and day duty managers were kind and courteous. The room on the 14th floor was lovely and spacious with great views over the city. We felt safe and comfortable and especially appreciated the warm welcome after midnight. The location is fantastic, being so close to Kings Cross and Euston train stations.

I recently stayed at Pullman for business meetings and found the location perfect. The hotel is close to the train stations and city center. The rooms are functional, comfortable, and clean. The staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of food including cold meats, croissants, and fresh fruit. The fitness center was also a plus.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location of this hotel was unbelievable, just a short walk from St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations. It was also conveniently close to the British Library, British Museum, Charles Dickens House Museum, and the Foundling Hospital.

Great location near transportation hubs and British Library. All staff were excellent, from reception to doorman. Accommodated my son with late check-out. Restaurant/bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be returning.
