We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The location was great, with all attractions within walking distance. Also, it was very close to the University of Edinburgh. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and we felt very comfortable and at home in our spacious room.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was gorgeous and had a lovely view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I also appreciated the option for take away boxes and cups for breakfast when we had to leave early. The self-catering facilities were a nice touch, although it would have been even better if the microwave was more accessible to those with limited mobility.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving trip, the staff was very friendly and we got two complimentary drinks upon arrival. the location was also great, just a short walk to all the main attractions. the best part was the comfortable bed, we slept like babies.

Our room had no view at all and there was a lack of storage space. Unfortunately, the room also lacked air conditioning which made it quite stuffy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for a quick visit to important places and back. It's just perfect, especially if you do not want to stay in a "touristy" part of the city. We loved how it was near the University, which meant there were lots of decent restaurants nearby. The room was fine, although there was minimal privacy when using the sink as there is only a sliding door for the toilet and shower area, which did not have an extractor. However, the amenities in the room were great, with a kitchenette that had all the necessary facilities.
