Nothing that I didn't like.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Richmond. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I enjoyed exploring the beautiful river walks and Kew Gardens, which were conveniently close by. The staff were lovely and accommodating, even keeping our luggage safe while we ventured out for the day. While the room may have been basic and tired, it was definitely worth the price we paid. The overall experience was good, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The value we got for our money was great, with a comfortable and adequately equipped room. The location was perfect, being conveniently placed for the town, river, park, and Petersham. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness, making our stay even more enjoyable.

More breakfast choices would have made the stay better, especially for vegans, as there were limited options apart from toast and fruit. A milk alternative, like soya milk, would have been nice to have with the provided cereal and tea.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the center of Richmond. the price was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of croissants and fruit. the shower in the room was fabulous, with a great drench head.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at a hotel near the River Thames. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Richmond bridge and the beautiful riverside area. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, including an excellent Indian restaurant that I highly recommend. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a hairdryer and ironing board. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. Not to mention, the breakfast offered a good selection of options to start the day off right.

Some noise coming from a nearby bar, but that is to be expected in such a central location.

Wij verbleven op een perfecte locatie, dichtbij een prachtig plein in een residentiële wijk en vlakbij verschillende leuke cafés. Het hotel was natuurlijk gunstig gelegen nabij het treinstation en het busstation. De kamers waren modern en kraaknet, met comfortabele bedden en een eigen badkamer. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en gaf ons extra informatie over de stad. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met een variatie aan brood, zoetigheden, yoghurt en fruit. Helaas was er echter wat geluidsoverlast van andere gasten. Over het algemeen was ons verblijf comfortabel en schoon, met veel voorzieningen en voordelen.
