The rooms were well equipped with modern furnishings and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with all the necessary information upon arrival. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was situated in a lovely town with plenty to explore.

There were a few aspects that could use improvement. the bathroom drains had an unpleasant odor that needs to be addressed.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of a lovely town. The location was perfect, right in the center where there were plenty of places to eat. The highlight was definitely the cafe downstairs, owned by the property's hosts. The discount on breakfast was a great deal, and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials like a hairdryer and tea tray. The staff were friendly and the host was amazing, always available for a chat and to answer any questions I had.

There were some noise issues during my stay due to the thin walls, which made it difficult for a light sleeper like me to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were clean, modern and well-decorated. The facilities, including the TV with Netflix, tea/coffee supplies, and USB charging points, were great. The staff was friendly and the instructions to gain entry were clear. The hotel is conveniently located next to a cafe owned by the same hosts, which we highly recommend.

Convenient key collection at neighboring café at 2pm, given 2 keys, one for main entry and one for room. Comfortable triple room, well-presented and clean with a high standard of cleanliness in toilet and shower room. Good supply of teas, coffees, and milk. Lovely interior design with modern feel. Easy access to hot water. Good value for money, located near attractions.

We stayed in a family room with bunk beds at Rooms At Number 4. the bed for us and the kids was really comfortable, and the room was a good size. Everything was very clean, including the spotless bathroom. We appreciated the bottled water and tea making facilities. the property was secure and easy to access with a safe key. we had a great experience and would recommend it, especially for families.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely accommodation in North Walsham. The rooms at this place were pristine and well-equipped, with a modern bathroom and optional heated towel rail. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The highlight was the delicious breakfast served in their spacious cafeteria, which had a choice menu. Free parking right next to the apartments was a great convenience. it was a superb experience in a superb location, and I would highly recommend it.

the room at north walsham was even better than before - beautiful decor, great sundries, modern and clean. the owner went above and beyond to help us with a payment issue and even donated to charity. would definitly recommend and stay again.

Uncomfortable seating, awkward entry door.

I had a lovely short stay at Rooms At Number 4, visiting Be Wilderwood and Banham zoo attractions. The room was better than expected and well-presented. The cleanliness was exceptional, especially in the toilet and shower room. The supply of teas, coffees, and milk with a full kettle of water was a nice touch. The interior design with greys and yellow gave a modern feel. The staff were friendly and the attached cafe offered a great breakfast with a discount for guests.

Would recommend this hotel.

The owner provided a fridge upon request for children's milk. A parking permit and fan were useful. The Welcome Pack had recommendations for places to eat, including The Olive Tree. I recommended it to a friend who is also visiting. The shower is amazing, with a good tea tray selection and contactless key service. Breakfast at the nearby cafe is excellent and value for money. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a heater. a pleasant stay.
